Since our photo frames are custom-made with your uploaded images, we do not accept returns unless the product is:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Defective or incorrectly printed
  • Wrong item received

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


🚨 How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Email us at pixenframes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Include your Order ID, photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Our team will verify and initiate the return or replacement process.

Products returned without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • If your order is cancelled before processing begins.
  • If we’re unable to deliver your order.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, and choose a refund instead of a replacement.

Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


❌ Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided customization work hasn’t begun.

Once the photo has been processed or printed, cancellations are not possible.
