At Pixen Frames, every product is custom-made with care to preserve your memories beautifully. As our products are personalized, we follow a specific return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
π Return Policy
Since our photo frames are custom-made with your uploaded images, we do not accept returns unless the product is:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective or incorrectly printed
- Wrong item received
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
π¨ How to Request a Return
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Email us at pixenframes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Include your Order ID, photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will verify and initiate the return or replacement process.
Products returned without prior confirmation will not be accepted.
π° Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- If your order is cancelled before processing begins.
- If weβre unable to deliver your order.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, and choose a refund instead of a replacement.
Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
β Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided customization work hasnβt begun.
Once the photo has been processed or printed, cancellations are not possible.

We offer free replacement for:
- Broken or damaged frames received
- Incorrect image or product delivered
